"Since 1998, PCDR has grown from a small operation placing a couple dozen dogs per year to a large animal rescue operation. We have a shelter facility in Burbank, CA which is currently licensed to hold 80 dogs, and growing. In 2003 we helped place more than 250 dogs into loving new homes. We have a team of amazing volunteers who come to our facility and our weekly mobile adoptions to help us care for our pups, and a larger team of supporters who help us by donating money, supplies, and other services."
